i'm usually not the person to do this but my experience was so bad that i have to. my phones touch was perfectly fine before i took it to this place. i got it back and i couldn't even scroll on it. worst part is i took it back to try to get it fixed and the guy i talked to acted like i was dumb or lying or something and laughed straight at me. i was as pleasant as i could be so i don't understand. he didn't even say sorry or offer to fix it. it was just an awkward silence walking out of there, i was just trying to see if there was a way to fix this since it certainly wasn't a problem before i brought it here.
