I came in the other day looking to buy some wood for a DIY frame project (I’ve had not so great experiences in the past with customer service). This time was different. ZACH from the lumber department was so incredibly helpful, not only did he cut my wood down to size, but he offered me tips for sanding, and spent extra time making sure every piece fit together perfectly!!! This has changed my mind about shopping here, and I look forward to coming back for my next project.
