My bill has always been about $220 each month. Well the thing he failed to tell me was, the current month would be prorated as well as the rest of the month. Which turned my bill into over $500. As a consumer I shouldn’t have to ask very question. They should be a little more forthcoming with info like that. I would have just waited till the end of the billing cycle to make changes.
