  I just wanted to share my recent experience of exceptional customer service at GoWireless (Castle Rock Verizon). It started with a rather unusual sales interaction -- unusual in that the sales rep was knowledgeable, forthright, patient, and -- refreshingly -- not pushy. He seemed interested in my agenda rather than his own, and was a great resource in efficiently giving me all the information I needed to make a decision. When I returned to the store to pick up my new phones, the employees encountered a sequence of glitches in the process of setup, data transfer, plan change, and service connection. While this kind of thing is certainly inconvenient, just about every carrier I've had has had similar problems from time to time. The difference, I've found, is how well they work to solve the issues. In this respect, the members of the GoWireless team were absolute professionals. Through what seemed for a time like a barrage of error codes, I was impressed by their consistently optimistic attitudes, their efficient collaboration, their resourcefulness in finding solutions, and the perfect respect and courtesy they displayed in their interactions with other customers and with each other. They were successful in solving every problem, and followed up with me to ensure that everything has been smooth since. Perhaps even more telling was the way in which the team handled a situation with what seemed to be a rather obnoxious customer. In the middle of dealing with my technical problems, she was attended to with patience, dignity, and kindness -- none of which she afforded the employees -- all without a single eye-roll or sideways glance. It is this rare breed of professionalism that has me writing this review. This is the kind of place that I trust enough to refer my grandma to. They're that good. They deserve all the business they get. One last thing: check out the selection and pricing on cases and accessories. I'm the type that always orders that kind of stuff online. But with their unexpectedly competitive pricing, combined with the ability to sample the look and feel in person (all without having to wait for shipping), buying from them was an easy choice. GoWireless in Castle Rock is simply top notch. And no, I am not receiving any kind of compensation or favor for this review, nor do I have any outside connection with anyone involved.
